Well I’ll just say here in Wisconsin most of the time stays below 90 degrees f however it can be 70 and then the next day it’s snowing in march or February

I'm surprised about a couple of things here. I feel you should've snipped the grapes into small sections, for ease of serving, and sliced at least a few slices of each cheese, to get things going. One was even still in the wax wrapper! What guest is going to pick up an unopened cheese, peel off the wax and slice some? That's YOUR job.
